Now Hiring Crews
Install Crews Wanted
We run commercial blind and shade installs across Texas and Oklahoma and we keep experienced crews busy year-round. If you install clean and finish what you start, we want your number.
How the work pays
Crews are paid per opening, at a rate agreed before the job starts and confirmed on the work order. Pay runs weekly after the punch list on your completed area is cleared — finish the area clean and the check follows the next pay run. No holding money for months while a building closes out.
The work is steady commercial new construction: schools, hospitals and clinics, hotels, offices and multifamily buildings across San Antonio, Austin, Dallas–Fort Worth, Waco, Oklahoma City and Tulsa. Crews willing to travel get the most volume, but we also run plenty of work close to home in each market.
What we require
A completed W-9 and a current certificate of insurance before your first opening — no exceptions, because general contractors check. You bring your own tools and transportation, follow the site's safety rules and badging process, and work with a crew lead who can talk to a superintendent.
We expect commercial standards: correct brackets, level headrails, protected finishes, trash hauled out, and punch items corrected before you leave the building. Do that consistently and you will be the crew we call first.
