A hospital has cleanable blinds in exam rooms, blackout shades in imaging, solar screens in the lobby and motorized shades in the boardroom. A hotel has blackout in guestrooms, screens in the restaurant and specialty track in meeting rooms. A school has classroom blinds, blackout in the auditorium and screens in administration. Splitting that scope across multiple vendors creates gaps, and gaps become punch-list items.

We take the whole package. That means one take-off, one submittal set, one delivery coordination plan and one crew standard across every opening in the building — and one company responsible when something needs to be corrected.

What the full scope includes

On the front end: reading the plans and specifications, pricing the specified products, writing a clear scope letter, producing submittals and samples, and confirming lead times against your schedule so long-lead motorized or custom fabric items do not surprise anyone at month nine.

In the field: field verification against the approved schedule, staging and protecting material on site, installing on the superintendent's sequence floor by floor or building by building, and protecting finished work while we do it.

At the end: walking the punch list with your team, correcting items before demobilizing, and delivering warranty letters, operation and maintenance data and attic stock counts. Then standing behind the work when a call comes in six months later.
