National window-treatment dealers and manufacturers win projects across a wide footprint and then have to find labor in markets where they have none. That is a large share of what we do. You ship the product to the site or to our staging; we field-verify, install to specification, complete the punch list, and hand back documentation you can give the general contractor.
Installation-only work demands a different kind of discipline than a full-scope bid. The product is already purchased, so a measurement error is not something we can fix by reordering quietly. We verify openings against your cut sheets before install begins and report discrepancies immediately in writing, with photos, so you can decide how to handle them while there is still schedule left.
Crews built for commercial sites
Our installers work on active construction sites, not in occupied homes. They carry the required insurance documentation, complete GC site orientation and badging, follow site safety rules, use lifts where the openings require them, and keep the work area clean and protected. When a superintendent gives them a floor, they finish the floor.
We supervise the crews ourselves rather than handing your project to whoever answered the phone. That supervision is what lets us commit to dates on projects several hundred miles from our office.
Punch-list completion and rescue work
We regularly get called into projects that are already in trouble: an installer walked, a package was installed with the wrong brackets, or half a building is done and the turnover date is next month. We document existing conditions before touching anything, price the remaining work honestly, and finish it so the building can close out.
Coverage runs across Texas and Oklahoma, so one labor partner can cover projects in multiple markets under one agreement.
